By George, this pub spoke to me. First of all, I love how approachable it is. Practical and authentic, in just two minutes. Your words pack punch.

Inner child work is so important, and I love this notion of giving myself permission to play today! Awhile back I looked through photos of my younger self with intention, and had this overwhelming sense that GOOFINESS had evaded my personality... I have a feeling it's still in there somewhere, in between roth IRA's and quinoa.

Let that kid play!

Love this post. Getting to hang out with my great-nephew has made mindfulness real.

It's presence, curiosity.

And hours spent with a gumtree nut.

My daughter has shown me how simple I have to think to experience joy. I overcomplicate way too much nowadays.

It was either quinoa or kale, but quinoa was funnier LOL. Glad to have you here though for real you have been so kind, and also just genuine from the start. I too have felt like Substack has sort of started to feel that way, almost like real tangible friendships are forming instead of just one off reply threads. It's very very interesting!
